THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21356 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not conducting enquiry regarding the assigned land as illegal and irregular and unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the official respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry into the matter.

2. When the matter was listed on 15.02.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted for dismissal today.

3. Inspite of the matter listing under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and in the afternoon.
