HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27958 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in not taking any action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 15.11.2017, against respondent Nos.5 and 6 for suspending the petitioner from Project Work without there being proper reason which made the petitioner's course incomplete and caused for huge loss to the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A reading of the complaint made by the petitioner on 15.11.2017 goes to show that no details are given in the alleged complaint.

When the same is pointed to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he states that the petitioner will make fresh complaint to the competent authority.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh complaint giving details to the competent authority, and on such complaint being made, the competent authority is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
