to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.28.10.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9433 of 2022. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 28.10.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.9433 of 2022 granting anticipatory bail to petitioner/A3; and that in the first para, the offence is wrongly typed as "420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, instead of "5 of Explosives Substances Act".

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute the wrongly typed offences in 1st para of the order with the following correct offence and issue corrected copy of the order.

"Offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, instead of "5 of Explosives Substances Act".
