Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioners have already filed suit viz., O.S.No.185 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, seeking the similar relief and as a matter of fact notice has already been issued in I.A.No.1087 of 2016. Permission accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedies including seeking amendment of the relief in the suit to include payment of compensation and damages, if any.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
