Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-Mr.Raghuveer Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr. K.Vivek Reddy for 4th respondent.

The learned counsel are unanimous in their stand that agreement dated 29.11.2014 is arrived at between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. In view of the agreement, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
