HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.P.No.8369 of 2018 ORDER:

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh case. To the said effect the learned counsel addressed a letter to the Registry.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh case. 3.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
