This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.128 of 2013 on the file of SHO Nereducherla Police Station, Nalgonda District/ SHO WPS Nalgonda, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) IPC, on various grounds.

This Court by Order dt. 11-06-2013 granted stay of all further proceedings in Cr.No.128 of 2013 for a period of six weeks against A.4 and A.5, but the interim order was not extended thereafter. In view of the expiry of the interim order, the Police have completed the investigation and filed charge sheet, which is numbered as C.C.No.83 of 2013. Therefore, there is noting to be adjudicated in this Petition, in view of the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
