This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in trying to demolish a portion of the commercial premises of the petitioner with D.No.25-2-32 with T.S.No.722/A and T.S.No.495/2, situated at GT road, Guntur, without following due process of law, notice or opportunity, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard Sri B.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, G.P. for Municipal Administration, for respondent No.1, Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3, G.P.for Revenue, for respondent No.4 and Smt.Manideepika, learned counsel for 5th respondent. At the time of hearing, it is submitted by the counsels on either side that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.36688 of 2013. Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 14.02.2014 in W.P.No.36688 of 2013. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
