Though as long back as on 12.08.2015 there was an intimation about the death of the sole appellant, who died on 05.11.2014, no steps are taken till today, despite several adjournments were given. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having been abated. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
