HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22023 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondentCorporation in not considering petitioner's case for alternative appointment as Junior Assistant/ System Supervisor or any other suitable employment on account of injury sustained by him during the course and out of employment, as illegal, unjust contrary to law and arbitrary.

This Court granted interim direction as prayed for on 22.10.2003 vide WPMP No.27490 of 2003.

Advocate for petitioner submitted that petitioner continued in service in terms of interim order and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
