Mr. B. Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 18.9.2009, the authorities conducted fresh inspection of the petitioner's school and granted fresh permission to run the driving school and, in view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
