THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.23056 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in canceling the dealership of the Fair Price shop of the petitioner and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Fair Price Shop dealer of Papasananipalli village, Madakasira Mandal, Anantapur District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
