HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1188 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Revision Case filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.), aggrieved by the order dated 03.05.2013, passed in Criminal Appeal No.42 of 2013 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Guntur District. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed in the said order till date.

In view of the above, the main revision itself stands dismissed on merits.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall also stand dismissed.
