Kanagal, Nalgonda Dist Crl.P.No. 8364 of 2018 Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner by directing the Respondent to release the Petitioner on Bail in the event of his arrest in crime No.171 of 2013, P.S. Kanagal, Hyderabad CID Police Station.

I.A.No. 2 of 2018 Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 2 "The condition No.2 of appearing before the SHO concerned twice in a week between 10.00 AM and 11,00 AN4 pleased to be modified to attend once in a month on 1't Sunday before the respective CB CID, Vijayawada and such Regional Offices of State of Telangana at Hyderabad respectively till end of trial," The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in the Crl.P., and order of High Court dt. 21-08-2018 made in Crl.P.No.8022 of 2018, order dated 19.09.2018 made in IA No.2 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Amanchala V.Gopala Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Asst.

Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDERThis is an application for relaxation of condition of personal appearance of the petitioner - accused No.24 imposed by the order dated 21.08,2018 in Criminal Petition No'8364 of 2018. Sri Amancharla V. Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.24, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court by the order dated 21'O8.2018 in the present criminal petition. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he has violated any of the conditions of the said order.

and he will co-operate with the investigating On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is pending and in other cases, this Court has relaxed the condition of personal appearance, Considering the above aspects and also the aspect that this Court vide order dated 18.08.2O20 in I.A. No,1 of 2020 in Criminal petition No.10687 of 2018 in connection with Crime No,171 of 2018, relaxed the condition of personal appearance, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition.

Therefore, the application is allowed relaxing condition No.2 of the order dated 21.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.8364 of 2018 i.e., Petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer concerned twice in a week till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter once in a month on l"t Sunday till completion of trial/enquiry between 1O.OO and 11.OO AM for assurance of his availability and non-interference in any manner with the witnesses. The said condition is relaxed. The other conditions imposed by the said order remain unaltered.
