Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner applied on 16-09-2015 and 08-12-2015 for rectifying the entries in revenue records in respect of the subject land by entering his name to 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's applications and pass orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders on petitioner's representations 16-09-2015 and 0812-2015 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if

any pending, shall stand closed.
