This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not considering our request for mutation of our names as successors in Revenue Records in respect of land admeasuring Ac 0 39 gts in Sy No 524/A and Ac 0 39 gts in Sy No 524/B situated at Lalgadi Malakpet Village Shamirpet Mandal Medchal Malkajgiri District as being arbitrary illegal discriminatory contrary to the provisions of Section 5 of A P Right in Land Pattadar Pass Books Act read with Section 18 of the Rules 1989 an contrary to Articles 14 16 19 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider our claim for issue of Title Deeds and Pattadar Pass Books in respect of lands in Sy No 524/A admeasuring Ac 0 39 gts and Sy No 524/B admeasuring 0 39 gts situated at Lalgadi Malakpet Village Shamirpet Mandal Medchal Malkajgiri District immediately under the provisions of Right in Land PPBs Act 1971 and Rules 1989 in the interest of justice."

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the application of the petitioners seeking mutation of their names was not in accordance with law.

Hence, the Writ Petition is rejected giving liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh application in accordance with law, in which event the authorities shall consider the same at the earliest.
