THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.33358 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the application of the petitioner dated 18.09.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the third respondent.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
