HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.45444 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the registration of Crime No.493 of 2016, dated 19.11.2016, on the file of Karimnagar-I Town Police Station, against the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that after investigation final report was filed before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar on 21.01.2017 and Calendar Case number is awaited.

In view of the same, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
