Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Smt.G.Jhansi, learned Standing Counsel for Vijayawada Municipal Corporation.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that the respondent authorities are not taking further action, pursuant to the notice in UC No.2/2017, dated 01.09.2016, issued by the Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, under Section 115 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Regional Development Authority Act, 2014 r/w Section 452 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that further action, pursuant to the notice dated 01.09.2016, will be taken in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondents-Vijayawada Municipal Corporation to take further action, pursuant to the notice, dated 01.09.2016, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
