Heard Sri K.Srinivas for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 4.
Sri K.Srinivas, though attempted to convince this Court that the appeal now entertained by the 3rd respondent in D.Dis.No.6743/ 2015/ D dated 22.03.2017 is not maintainable, after going through the proceedings, which are referred to in the order dated 22.03.2017 in D.Dis.No. 6743/ 2015/ D, seeks leave of the Court to file revision, within two weeks from today, under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, where the District Collector is empowered to call for and examine the record of any Recording Authority, Mandal Revenue Officer or Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of any record of rights prepared or maintained to satisfy himself as to the regularity, correctness, legality or propriety of any decision taken, order passed or proceedings made in respect thereof and if it appears to the District Collector that any such decision, order or proceedings should be modified, annulled or reversed or remitted for reconsideration, he may pass orders accordingly. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
