This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.56 of 2014 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the accused were acquitted in C.C.No.56 of 2014.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
