THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15223 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.67 of 2014, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed. The case was taken on file as C.C.No.167 of 2014. When C.C.No.167 of 2014 was pending, the matter was compromised in the Lok Adalat on 11.02.2017.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
