Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the first respondent and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that, though the petitioner herein stated that he made a representation on 14.07.2018, for redressal of his grievance, the second respondent herein did not receive the same.
Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a fresh representation will be submitted by the petitioner to the second respondent herein for consideration and the same may be directed to be considered and appropriate action may be taken, strictly in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate application before the second respondent herein, and, if any such application is filed, the same be considered and appropriate final orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
