ORDER:

The official liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with Rules 306 & 298 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s.Nest Enterprises Private Ltd. (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of M/s. Padmanabha Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, dated 24.11.2015.

2. With the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.
