Saleh Bin Hassan Dayyani, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15569 OF 2017 O R D E R :
The petitioner, in this Writ Petition, complains about the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent on his representation dated 07.04.2017.
The case of the petitioner is that after the death of his father, the property covered by H.No. 4-118, Errakunta, Kothapeta Village, Balapur Mandal, Shamshabad District devolved upon himself, his brothers and sisters. While so, the 3rd respondent, taking advantage of their illiteracy, had fraudulently obtained construction permission in respect the subject premises, under the guise of lease, and raising structures therein. The petitioner therefore, submitted the representation dated 07.04.2017 to the 2nd respondent Commissioner, but the same has not been attended to so far.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.
The grievance of the petitioner being limited, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 07.04.2017 of the petitioner and take necessary steps, in accordance with law. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
