THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.9470 of 2004 ORDER:
When the writ petition is called on 17.03.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation, and hence, the writ petition is directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' after four weeks. Again, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is adjourned on 15.04.2015 and 20.04.2015. Again, even though the case is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 27.04.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation, and hence, the matter is adjourned to today, i.e., 28.04.2014. Today also, when the writ petition is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for default/ non-prosecution.
