THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1596 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed by the petitioner to summon the respondent for non compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P. M.P. No.12597 of 2016 in W.P. No.9965 of 2016 dated 12.04.2016.

In W.P.M.P. No.12597 of 2016 in W.P.No.9965 of 2016, this court made the following order:

"Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the enquiry has already been commenced.

Inasmuch as the petitioners have made a compliant on 29-10-2015 and there is allegation of misappropriation of huge amounts involved, 3rd respondent-Deputy Commissioner of Endowments, shall complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of this order without fail.

List the matter after four months.

Notice."

Learned Government Pleader submits that the pursuant to the orders passed by this court, enquiry was completed with a with a small delay and further submits he also filed a petition seeking extension of time, for conducting inquiry and also for condoning the delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. M.P. No.12597 of 2016, within the time stipulated. Inasmuch as the order stands complied substantially so far contempt case is concerned, it does not require to be kept for pending.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader is directed to furnish a copy of the compliance report to the learned counsel for the Contempt Petitioner.
