When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have regularized the services of the petitioners in the year 2008 itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents. In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
