Heard Mr.D.Krishna Murthy for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioners challenge the order dated 18.05.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent as illegal and voilative of principles of natural justice.
The issue arises under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.
This Court prima facie is of the view that the petitioners can file revision aggrieved by the order of the 3rd respondent. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioners are given liberty to file revision along with interlocutory application within two weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.
(b) The revision is heard and disposed of by keeping in view the ratio of this Court in KURUVA HA NUM A NTHA M M A Vs.
PRINC IPA L SEC RETA RY, REVENUE DEPA RTM ENT, HYDERA BA D A ND A NO THER1. (c ) The impugned order is suspended for a period of six weeks from today.

(d) The petitioners are given liberty to obtain necessary orders from the revisional authority. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
