The Criminal Petition is allowed. Petitioner-A4 in Cr.No.118 of 2021 of Enkoor Police Station, Khammam District, shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond to a tune of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Special Sessions Judge for the trial of cases under Narcotic Drugs and Psycho Tropic Substances Act-cum-I Additional Sessions Judge, Khammam.

The petitioner/ A-4 shall personally appear before the investigating authorities on every Sunday between 8.00 A.M and 11.00 AM for a period of two months or till filing of the charge sheet, which ever is earlier.
