It is the case of the petitioners that though they have made several representations from 15.06.2013 to 10.08.2013 to the Tahsildar, Yerpedu Mandal, to carryout online entries and issue e-pass books in their names in the Sy.Nos.457, 477, 456, 423, 443, 458, 457, 458 of Vikruthamala village, Yerpedu Mandal, no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the applications of the petitioners are stated to be pending before the Tahsildar-4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
