HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5519 of 2017 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the action of respondent No.2, in not taking steps to prevent respondent Nos.3 and 4, from letting out sullage water and drain water from their houses into the municipal vacant open site situate at A.C.Nagar, Nellore, despite petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is sought to respondent No.2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2016.

Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 - Corporation, would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2016 is pending consideration before respondent No.2; and necessary orders would be passed thereupon at the earliest.

I consider it appropriate, therefore, to dispose of the Writ Petition directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2016, in accordance with law, and pass orders thereupon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
