HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14998 OF 2014 ORDER :

Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.10, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Giddalur, yet to assign calendar case number, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
