THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14517 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.291 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Medak at Sanga Reddy.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation in the above crime, charge sheet was filed and the matter is referred as civil nature and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
