In fact, the very Original Petition No.540 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Krishna District at Vijayawada was allowed in part on 28.2.2018. In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
