HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 28045 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Arifulla, Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not appointing the appropriate person/ persons to perform Peerla Sharzath Utsav till dated, as per the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 27.09.2017 in R & T P.No.26 of 2017 and R & TCMP No.27 of 2017, as illegal, improper and arbitrary. 3) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Peerla Sharzath Utsav is to be held from 10.09.2018 to 22.09.2018, no steps are being taken to appoint a person to perform the said Utsav.

4) Learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board, states that they will comply with the order passed by this Court on or before 30th August, 2018.

5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to appoint an appropriate person for performing Peerla Sharzath Utsav, on or before 31.08.2018.

6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
