O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 1.6.2016 passed by this court in W.P.No.15554 of 2016, by the respondent. Respondent, filed counter affidavit and stated inter alia that application of the petitioner dated 5.8.2016 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed, was considered and after issuing notices to the petitioner and to his counsel, vide proceedings in Memo No.F/3886/2016 dated 21.11.2016, the claim of the petitioner was rejected. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of proceedings dated 21.11.2016, I do not find any violation of the order passed by this court and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 21.11.2016 in accordance with law.
