THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case NO. 1594 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 22.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.15364 of 2016 in W.P.No.12254 of 2016.

By the above said order this Court has directed respondents to consider petitioner's representations dated 18.03.2016 and 24.03.2016 respectively for rehabilitation of the hawkers who are earning their livelihood in the stretch between Andhra Bank to Puthli Bowli Junction, koti, Hyderabad.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that in pursuance of the interim order dated 22.04.2016 the representation of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of in accordance with law, as such there is no violation of the order. Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for respondent No.2, this Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
