This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and I t 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.3 in Crime.No.559 of 2023 on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under Section 8 (c) r/ w. 20 (b) (ii) (c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substanccs Act, 1985 (for short'the NPDS Act'). 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case against the petitioner is that he along with two others were found in possession of kgs. 62.700 gms of ganja. 4 .

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is at the fag end. 5.

In view of the fact that the contraband seized is commercial quantiry, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of regular bail.

However, under the changed circumstances, petitioner is entitled to move for bail.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal i'

petition, shall stand closed.
