THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28189 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein got issued a legal notice in the form of representation for redressal of their grievance to the 2nd respondent, on 18.07.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the same.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners to direct the 2nd respondent to verify the same and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for R.2, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 18.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
