THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 18120 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

During the course of hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned GP that the petitioner has been advised to approach the competent Civil Court since the matter is civil in nature.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from his trial Court counter-part, informs the Court that the matter has already been referred to an Arbitrator for adjudication.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
