Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.45828 of 2016 dated 28.12.2016.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
