HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9991 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.17 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Khammam, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that charge sheet is filed and that was taken on file by the learned Magistrate concerned in C.C. No.510 of 2015.

3 . Hence, this Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to avail further remedies which are available to the petitioners under law, in the event of police filing final report and after taking cognizance by the learned Magistrate.

4 . Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
