It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam District, passed an order of suspension.

In the view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
