This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on 03.11.2022 that the petitioner/accused shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 a.m and 1.00 p.m.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is abiding by the conditions imposed by this Court.

In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the condition of the petitioner/accused appearing before the Station House Officer between 10.30 a.m and 1.00 p.m is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear as and when required. ___________ KS, J kvs
