THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.28256 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri Subramanyam Daraboina, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the institution of this writ petition, the State Bank of India sanctioned a One Time Settlement whereupon the petitioner company's loan account was closed. He therefore states that the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for adjudication on merits. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
