HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 34726 OF 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and Sri I.Koti Reddy learned Counsel for the sixth respondent.

The present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the order passed by the State Government in G.O.Rt.No.1878, Law (L.A. & J-Home Courts-A) Department, dated 18.10.2012.

By virtue of the aforesaid order, the State Government appointed the sixth respondent herein as Public Prosecutor in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District for a period of three years.

There is no interim order passed by this Court while ordering notice before admission on 7.11.2012. However, the tenure of three years appointing the sixth respondent as Public Prosecutor came to an end. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
