THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3959 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present criminal petition was settled before High Court Lok Adalat and compromise was also recorded by the Lok Adalat on 18.06.2014. Hence, on the strength of compromise recorded by this Court, learned counsel requested this Court to close the criminal petition case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are needed to be passed in the case and accordingly the criminal petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
