When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner and the respondents informed the Court that the prayer sought for in the writ petition is now granted and the electrical service connection is shifted to the premises as sought for by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are required. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
