It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that in similar Writ Petition in W.P.No.14895 of 2017, this Court passed an order on 25.04.2017 disposing of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and pass appropriate orders.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
